Compliance documents are chased by hand
Subcontractor compliance runs on documents such as certificates of insurance, contractor licenses, W-9s and workers' compensation certificates, required for every subcontractor on every project. Chasing them through email and spreadsheets makes expired and missing documents easy to miss.
02Product
One workspace for what needs attention
Documents arrive by inbound email, subcontractor submission links or upload. A dashboard groups requirements that need attention (missing, expired, pending review or expiring soon) across active projects.
03Experience
AI reads, people confirm
AI extracts the key fields from each document. When confidence is low or a field can't be read, the document is routed to a review screen that shows the original beside the extracted values, where a person corrects or approves them.
04System
Rules decide status, not the model
- Requirement status is calculated from each project's configured rules, separately from AI analysis and human review.
- Statuses are presented as operational tracking, not legal, insurance or licensing determinations.
- An activity log records document, review and team events.
